1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

To ensure the highest quality, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare, quality-check, and package your order.

To ensure your order enters the processing queue as quickly as possible, please note our daily deadline:

Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (15:00) Pacific Standard Time (PST, GMT-08:00).

How it works:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be treated as received on the following business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates (Transit Time via Air Freight) We ship worldwide from our studio via dedicated air lines to ensure the fastest possible delivery:

United States & Canada: 5 – 10 Business Days
European Union Countries: 5 – 8 Business Days
United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia: 3 – 7 Business Days

Total delivery time = Handling Time (1–2 business days) + Transit Time.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our website or the carrier's official portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Twonu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
